Description

The room is completed by a large custom-made cabinet-library dedicated to “Bodoni’s Masterpieces” in which the collection of Bodoni’s volumes is displayed, with special emphasis on the Palatine collection still in original bindings, in order to document Bodoni’s bibliophilia. These include some of the rarest editions such as Odi di Anacreonte on Bavarian parchment and Stanze di Poliziano printed on silk.
