We are pleased to announce that the cataloguing of the Campanella Collection in OPAC has been completed. The library is named after the scholar Cristina Campanella, who generously donated it to the Pilotta Monumental Complex along with some extraordinary ceramic pieces from La Real Fabbrica della Maiolica e Vetri di Parma.
The collection consists of approximately 900 volumes of art books and research material on ancient European ceramics, covering a period ranging from the 15th to the 20th century. The Fund adds to the heritage of the Palatine Library, which is enriched by a collection on the decorative arts, now available to scholars, thus fulfilling Cristina’s wish.
