Special visits to the Torre del Leone

The event

On Sundays 14, 21 and 28 December 2025, as part of the MiC 2025 enhancement projects, the Pilotta Monumental Complex will open the paths leading up to the Keep of Torrechiara Castle, with access to the highest of the four corner towers.

This itinerary, which is not normally included in the tour, will allow visitors to cross the ancient guard walkways to the impressive Torre del Leone, which dominates the Parma Valley and offers a truly breathtaking panoramic view.

Tours of the Torre del Leone: 11.30 | 12.30 | 13.30 | 14.30 | 15.30

Group visits: maximum 20 people per tour.

  • Comfortable clothing recommended.
  • Routes with stairs, narrow passages, vaults and architectural barriers.
  • Visitors will be accompanied by staff from the Pilotta Monumental Complex.

  • Standard visit to the Castle €8

  • Groups – Standard reduced price €6

Tickets will be sold for each tour time slot (11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30) until all places are filled.
