Echoes of Hope: Art and Holocaust Memory

Centro Studi Movimenti, on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance 2025, invites you to a meeting with Salvatore Trapani, an expert in historical memory, visual arts and Gender Equality and an authorized guide in the Sachsenhausen and Ravensbruck camps, who will present the exhibition organized in Krakow to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp. The works created by the prisoners of Auschwitz and Sachsenhausen will be exhibited alongside those created by eleven contemporary artists.
