“domenica al museo”, promoted by the Ministry of Culture, is back!

The event

The Monumental Complex of Pilotta, the Ancient Pharmacy of San Giovanni Evangelista, the Torrechiara Castle and the arcaeological Area of Veleia take part to Domenica al museo. This initiative, promoted by the Ministry of Culture, makes national museums, archaeological parks and places of culture accessible free of charge, every first Sunday of the month.

We therefore remind you of free admission to our sites on Sunday July, 7th 2024 according to the following opening hours:

Monumental Complex of Pilotta: 10.30 a.m – 7.00 p.m. (last admission at 6.00 p.m.)
Ancient Pharmacy of San Giovanni Evangelista: 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m. (last admission at 5.30 p.m.)
Torrechiara Castle (Langhirano – PR): 11.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (last admission at 4.30 p.m.)
Archaeological Area of Veleia (Lugagnano Val d’Arda – PC): 11.00 a.m. – 6.30 p.m. (last admission at 6.00 p.m.)

Tickets

Monumental Complex of Pilotta:
It’s necessary anyway to collect free ticket to the ticket office and leave backpacks, bags and umbrellas there, before entering the museums. Reservation is not required.

ATTENTION: For safety reasons, every 200 tickets issued, the access to the Complex of Pilotta will be suspended for 30 minutes.

Acient Pharmacy of San Giovanni Evangelista:
it’s necessary to collect the free ticket to the ticket office of the Monumental Complex of Pilotta, according to the admission times available.
On the first Sunday of the month, on the occasion of #Domenicalmuseo, it’s not possible to book the ticket on-line.
