On May 1st, Labor Day, the Pilotta Monumental Complex will be open during the usual opening hours, from 10:30 to 19:00 (last admission at 18:00) and according to the usual rates. The library services of the Palatina Library will instead observe the holiday closure.

For security reasons, for every 200 tickets issued, access to the Pilotta Monumental Complex will be suspended for 30 minutes.
Tickets
Even if you purchase your ticket online, you will need to leave bulky bags, backpacks and umbrellas at the ticket office before entering.
Reservations are not required.
The ticket office opens at 10.30 and closes at 18.00.
You can buy the entrance ticket directly at the ticket office or also through the online ticket office (with a surcharge of € 0.20) according to the usual rates.

REDUCED GROUPS (10 people or more): €14 per person
REDUCED UNDER 25 years (not yet completed): €2
REDUCTION FOR PARENTS WITH CHILD UNDER 25: €14 each parent
FREE: under 18 years and all free admissions provided by the Ministry of Culture
