Access to the monumental complex of the Pilotta with Green Pass from 6 August 2021

In compliance with current governmental provisions (Legislative Decree 105 of 23 July 2021), from 6 August 2021 access to the monumental complex of the Pilotta will be allowed only to subjects with one of the COVID-19 green certifications. This measure is aimed at visitors to the Pilotta monumental complex, tourist guides who accompany groups and users of the Palatine Library for access to loan and consultation services.

The green certification COVID-19 – EU digital COVID is a digital and paper certification, which contains a two-dimensional barcode (QR Code) and a qualified electronic seal.

Visitors to the Pilotta Monumental Complex, tourist guides and users of the Palatine Library must be in possession of the Green Pass certification to be shown at the entrance, together with an identity document to verify the correspondence of the data.

The provisions do not apply to subjects excluded by age from the vaccination campaign and to exempt subjects on the basis of suitable medical certification issued according to the criteria defined in a circular from the Ministry of Health.

Verification of the validity and authenticity of the COVID-19 Green Certificates produced in Italy by the National DGC Platform of the Ministry of Health and of the COVID European Digital Certificates (“EU Digital COVID Certificate”) issued by the other Member States of the European Union, will be carried out through the use of VerificationC19, the official app of the Italian Government. It should be noted that in the phase in which the VerificationC19 app reads the QR Code and shows the verifier the validity of the certification, the name and surname and date of birth of its holder, in compliance with the privacy legislation, no data will be shown or stored sanitary.

ATTENTION: at the time of purchasing the entrance tickets on the Ticka page of the website of the monumental complex of the Pilotta, the visitor acknowledges that he is in possession of the Green Pass which must be shown at the time of access to the monumental complex of the Pilotta, together with a identity card. It should be noted that in the event that the visitor, the tourist guide and the user of the Palatine Library are not in possession of the Green Pass or a valid identity document, they will not be able to access the Complex and that no reimbursement or issue of voucher for the ticket already purchased.

COVID-19 green certifications attest to one of the following conditions:

1) anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination occurred, at the end of the prescribed cycle.

In Italy, the COVID-19 green certification is also issued at the same time as the administration of the first dose of vaccine and is valid from the fifteenth day following administration until the date scheduled for the completion of the vaccination cycle, which must be indicated in the certification at the time of issue. .

The green COVID-19 certification in Italy is also issued at the same time as the administration of a single dose of a vaccine after a previous SARS-COV 2 infection and is valid from the fifteenth day following administration.

The green COVID-19 certification issued in this case is valid for nine months starting from the completion of the vaccination cycle and is automatically issued to the person concerned, in paper or digital format, by the healthcare facility or by the healthcare professional operator performing vaccination and at the same time as the same, at the end of the prescribed cycle.

The certification ceases to be valid if, during the period of validity of the same, the interested party is identified as an ascertained positive case for SARS-CoV-2.

2) cured from COVID-19, with simultaneous cessation of the prescribed isolation following infection with SARS-CoV-2, arranged in compliance with the criteria established with the circulars of the Ministry of Health

The green COVID-19 certification issued is valid for six months from the date of healing

and is issued, at the request of the interested party, in paper or digital format, by the facility where the patient affected by COVID-19 was admitted, or, for non-hospitalized patients, by general practitioners and pediatricians as well as by the prevention department of the territorially competent local health company, and is made available in the electronic health file of the person concerned.

The certification ceases to be valid if, during the six-month validity period, the interested party is identified as an ascertained positive case for SARS-CoV-2.

3) carrying out a rapid or molecular antigen test with negative results for the SARS-CoV-2 virus

The COVID-19 green certification is valid for forty-eight hours from the execution of the test and is produced, at the request of the interested party, in paper or digital format, by public health facilities, by authorized or accredited private ones and by pharmacies that carry out the tests or by general practitioners or pediatricians of free choice.

As per the provisions of the Ministry of Health, the green certifications issued by Israel, Canada, Japan and the United States are also valid; it should be noted that, in relation to the vaccination certificates issued by the health authorities of the aforementioned countries, they must report at least the identification data of the person and those relating to the type of vaccine and the date (s) of administration.

Please note that certificates must be accepted if in Italian, English, French or Spanish.

If the certificate was not issued in bilingual form and not in one of the four languages ​​indicated by the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 18 June 2021, the need for it to be accompanied by a sworn translation is reiterated.

As indicated in the information note of the D.G. Museums of 4 August 2021, for visitors from countries that have not adopted the COVID-19 green certifications, it will be possible to access the Pilotta Complex upon showing the equivalent certification, which contains the same data contained in the green certifications and that in the case of vaccination certifies the use of one of the vaccines whose administration is authorized in Italy, and an identity document.
